    We offer flexible, pay-as-you-scale pricing based on usage — so you’re only billed for the conversations or minutes you actually use. Whether you're high-volume or just need coverage during business hours, we tailor a plan that fits your flow. Our pay-as-you-go model starts at $1.49 per minute, while other prepaid options start at $1 per minute, with overages billed at $1.49.
  • How does Additional Service pricing work?
    We offer additional services beyond just phone calls, such as email, webchat, text message, and social message coverage. These are custom quotes by client volume, with a minimum amount billable for any starting tier, by service type. Book a consultation today to get yours!
  • Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
    Nope. Our Pay-as-you-go plan is month-to-month unless you request otherwise. That means no long-term commitments, and the freedom to scale up, pause, or change your plan as your business evolves. Prepaid options require at least a 6 month commitment, with discounts applied at 12 or more months committed.
  • What’s included in the monthly fee?
    Your monthly fee includes any services selected during checkout, such as live call handling, post-call summaries, scheduling support, CRM logging, and more — all white-labeled to feel like your team. We’ll work with you to define exactly what’s included so there are no surprises.
